I decided to have the follower have a light on it's head so you could fight enemies while still having a light accessible
The bloom and reflection probe in the last room make it hard to bring the little buddy in, but its hard to see without him, so it is a trade off for bright or dark
(I spent way to long tweaking particle systems and trying to fix the agent AI)
